Silverberry the nectar is so abundantWV Silverberry Honey is a premium, raw varietal harvested from the early spring blooms of the invasive Elaeagnus umbellata tree, abundant in WV's Appalachian foothills. One of the first major nectar sources for bees in the Mountain State blooming mid to late April this yields a limited batch honey with a lightly colored, subtly sweet tart profile, echoing the faint, fruity aroma of the tree's signature red berries. Sourced from small scale apiaries
