GIR Basting Brush Color:Black Available in three sizes: UltimateThe basting brush that handles precision and power from applying egg wash on pie dough to glazing a full rack of ribs. GIR's silicone basting brush features moderately flexible bristles (not too floppy, not too stiff), unique zig zag perforated flaps that catch generous amounts of liquid, and tapered outer bristles that are precise enough for delicate foods. Unlike natural bristle brushes, the silicone won't shed, absorb odors, or harbor bacteria.
