Small Black Scottie Dog Bag Charm Vintage A character piece for sure

A character piece for sure

I've made some little 'necklaces' with small elephants and a red wood rabbit and strung them between the handle

I have got rid of the brooch setting and beaded a bezzled edge so that the lucite is kept intact

I started laying out the central motif and then went from there cutting and arranging sections to the background which is a fabulous yellow ochre felt

This was certainly a lightbulb moment when we spotted this tiniest of switches at a recent antique market

Small Black Scottie Dog Bag Charm Vintage A character piece for sureA wonderful vintage wood black Scottie dog makes a perfect bag charm. We've added our own handbeaded balls to attach it to the clasp.
