Bencze Birtok, Riesling 2021 Chillable Sumptuous drinkingPlace: Badacsony, HungaryGrape: Riesling Vibe: Natural This is defo one for you acid heads. Thyme and lemongrass on the nose whilst the palate is all wet rocks and salt. Searing, and I mean searing acid is tempered by a little time in amphora to round out any harsh edges.
