at first glance it looks like the Moore and Wright logo however I don't believe it is as the logo letters are mirrored in reverse to that of the Moore and Wright logo

This old swan neck mortice chisel has the partial makers mark 'ORBY' which would have originally been one of the old Sorby makers (looks quite an old Sorby mark). The handle is possibly Boxwood.
