Maranta leuconeura 'red' tree Definitely a piece to addWe love Maranta! They are phototropic which means they move slowly throughout the day to capture light and at night they close upward a bit. This is how it got the nickname of "prayer plant". Care They are easy to care for and prefer bright filtered light, keep out of direct sun. Water every 5 7 days as the top 1 2" of soil drys out. When re potting use an all purpose soil medium. All of our plants are ethically sourced from certified U. S. nurseries.
