Circle of Henry Scott Tuke; An Oil on Canvas Study of a Nude Boy c.1890 sub-Mirrors & Lighting The chariot is fairly rickety

The chariot is fairly rickety as it will have been taken apart re-assembled plenty of times over but there is no worm evident or major structural complaints

There is one glazing bar missing to the central panel but no other losses

There are approximately five other points to the lower legs where there have been clean breaks that have been glued neatly

Provenance: Formerly of the Studio of Franklin Watkins (1894-1972)

These bench ends would have been part of that initial tidal wave of interest in the silver screen
