The vines here are within Chassagne-Montrachet so despite being dubbed as simply Bourgogne Blanc the quality here is above and beyond

Juicy fruit and plenty of herbal intrigue are carried along by fine little bubbles

Not really

Had this in Paris recently (don't even worry about it) and it blew the top of my head off

Always changing

Odinstal, Basalt Riesling 2020 Textural The vines here are withinPlace: Pfalz, Germany Grape: Riesling Vibe: Unmissable From some of the highest slopes, where as you probably guessed, the soil is pure basalt. Heat retaining and intense, it gives us a powerful expression that slowly unfurls layers of minerality, chamomile, and citrus. Highly recommend giving this a decant and letting it evolve over the course of the night. Evening plans sorted. ABV: 11. 5%
