Hackleback Roe charcuterie our jalapeno cheddar sausage packsFrom the rivers of the central USA, our hackleback roe is an affordable luxury with a similar flavor to sevruga and osetra caviar. With black colored eggs that have a unique golden cast, our hackleback roe is the pinnacle of quality, coming from purveyors with decades of knowledge and experience. The American hackleback caviar we sell is smooth, buttery, and has a distinctly nutty taste. Serve as part of an appetizer to add a little bit of luxury.
