Sisyrinchium angustifolium Size:32-cell Deep Plug Tray What an amusing and funWhile it appears to be a low growing grass, this enchanting native wildflower is in the Iris family and produces tiny, blue flowers in spring and into summer. Narrow upright leaves contribute their own beauty before and after flowering. Considered low maintenance, this plant does best in full sun in moist to average soils. A good plant for defining garden paths, Blue Eyed Grass was harvested by Native Americans as a food and medicine source.
