Description

Forest Rum is an exclusive premium British rum distilled from molasses with a week long fermentation

They're wonderful

This spends 2 weeks on the skins to extract that orange colour along with some tannins and texture before being bottled with no added sulphites

Subsequently the wine ages for 2 months on the noble lees in the same containers and in small part in French oak barrels

They take their heritage and combine it with their understanding of the science of making gin
