Sylvain Pataille, Bourgogne Aligoté 'Champ Forey' 2021 Nebbiolo This is an equation I

This is an equation I can support

This is firmly sat in the splash around with abandon camp

A wine of phenomenal detail and precision that demands attention and hopefully some patience

this will be being served chilled to many a guest of mine over the coming months

really enjoyed this

Sylvain Pataille, Bourgogne Aligoté 'Champ Forey' 2021 Nebbiolo This is an equation IPlace: Burgundy, France Grape: Aligot Vibe: Natural, textural Pataille talks about and works with Aligot like most do their Chardonnay off specific sites in the south. It's a painstaking approach to site expression and the results are sublime. Old vine fruit from the Champ Forey lieu dit, prime land. Racy and nervy off the bat, this will flesh out over time, if you can wait. It's delicious. ABV: 13%
