Conestabile della Staffa, Trebbiano 2024 New Zealand This hails from the spiritual

This hails from the spiritual home of macerated whites

this still has that unmistakable Ducroux drinkability

Each plot is vinified separately

Chiselled and fresh without being lean and/or mean

delicate spice and just enough of something savoury

Conestabile della Staffa, Trebbiano 2024 New Zealand This hails from the spiritualPlace: Umbria, Italy Grape: Trebbiano Vibe: Yummy Good old Trebbiano d'Abruzzo on show here, with old vine fruit direct pressed into fibreglass. Classic done the Staffa way, it's floral and faintly honeyed at first, opening up in the glass nicely. There's salinity and freshness too. Just delicious, easy drinking from a wonderful source. ABV: 12%
