Roulot, Auxey-Duresses Blanc 2023 South Africa The aromas will keep evolving

Roulot, Auxey-Duresses Blanc 2023 South Africa The aromas will keep evolvingRoulot? Priced very fairly and very generously too. Yup, we're feelin' kind. Same vinification and levage as the Meursaults. Dont sleep on Auxey Blanc! Essentially this means the quality is suitably high while the prices dont reach the eye watering levels of its neighbouring appellation. Were just a fraction north of Vireuils & Tessons, where the slope shifts from east facing to north facing. This cooler micro climate has yielded an excellent 2023.
