There’s a touch of volatility that lifts everything in just the right way

It'll take you on a ride you never thought Savvy was capable of

A blend you'd usually find a little further north that somehow works remarkably well next to the Atlantic

if you've tasted it

La Ferme des 9 Chemins, Le Chemin des Loups 2024 Champagne There’s a touch of volatilityPlace: Alsace, France Grape: Sylvaner + Auxerrois + Riesling Vibe: Saline What a lovely trio. Everything directly pressed from volcanic sandstone at a decent altitude for Alsace. The fruit feels dense and juicy, whilst the finish is saline and mineral. A cool vintage, and a really beautiful one, quite emotive. It's not loud, it doesn't shout. It doesn't need to. Delicacy is the name of the game, and all the better for it. ABV: 13%
