San Silvestro Adelasia Cortese 70cl Suitable for vegans and vegetariansThe wine takes its name from the beautiful Princess Adelasia, the bride of Aleramo, who was the first Marquis of Monferrato. The Cortese is a white grape variety typical of the Piemonte area. It is not a very robust variety and requires good climatic conditions in order to ripen properly, but has found its place in the vineyard on these hillsides producing a fresh wine and rich in minerality.
