Fruity and tangy, this is best served slightly chilled. Delicate bubbles, dense ruby colour, intense body, but a crisp finish. A really perfumed bouquet, plenty of dark currants and aromatic herbs with a rich, pulpy and satisfying sip of a lively carbonic and great tannic texture.
