Zeroine, Crémant du Jura 'Ju Cre' 2020 Portugal All the freshness we love

All the freshness we love from up in the Northern Rhône just with a splattering of Mediterranean charm

It still carries sigthe nature Auvergne smoke and this is what I'm cracking into in the short term whilst the others will benefit from time

Effervescent and far too easy to drink

it's actually a dream

Zeroine, Crémant du Jura 'Ju Cre' 2020 Portugal All the freshness we lovePlace: Jura, France Grape: Chardonnay Vibe: Accomplished Maylis doesnt seem to miss, this fizz included. Tasted in the dark, dimly lit Ackerman caves during La Dive Bouteille, it still shone brightly among the many wines poured, elite Champers included. A Blanc de Blancs packed with racy orchard fruit, a touch of beautiful autolytic character and her hallmark saline finish. This release has also seen an extra year of levage too. ABV: 11%
