Conestabile della Staffa, Monaco Bianco 2023 Advanced Skinsy This lends an ethereal nature

This lends an ethereal nature and a silky texture for extreme drinkability

The same winemaking as with the Cul du Bray

and you can expect a similarly crunchy expression of Syrah here

Lightly grainy tannins and layers of brambly fruit + forest floor

Muscat energy

Conestabile della Staffa, Monaco Bianco 2023 Advanced Skinsy This lends an ethereal naturePlace: Umbria, Italy Grape: Trebbiano Vibe: Wild Radioactive in colour this is about as pleasing as macerations come. Pink grapefruit and orange oil dominate upfront whilst spice and dried florals shine in the finish. There is something about rustic Italian wines that just tick all the boxes for me, price included. ABV: 12%
