Description

This one stands at about 7" tall and is signed by Franz Richter

who invited Gene to build his first kiln back on the Richter farm in 1973

They appear periodically at Tokheim Stoneware

Each mug is decorated with a small design such as a reindeer or windmill

Gene used a traditional folk art technique using a chisel and a nail head stamp to create these decorative plates with a simple yet charming design around the rim
