Château Ollieux-Romanis, 'Lo Petit Fantet d’Hippolyte' Blanc 2025 Crisp This vintage is the lightestPlace: Corbires, France Grape: Grenache Blanc + Grenache Gris + Marsanne + Roussanne Vibe: Natural, textural Intense in every sense! It's sunny in Corbires and you get that in the glass. Ripe fruits veering toward the tropical all cleaned up with some classic garrigue spice and crisp acidity. I really, really rate this. Plenty of minerality and saline stuff going on. Smells like it's gonna be powerfully fruity but it is so tight and moreish. A blend
