There's so much going on here I barely know where to start, but I'll give it the old college try. Saline and flinty from the off, it gradually opens up into juicy fruit, both white and yellow, with a hint of toasty, bready notes. The palate shows off smoked meat and dried date notes, which work sublimely atop the stony backbone and touch of spice. Supremely balanced. Supremely
