Domaine Paul Pillot, Chassagne Montrachet 2022 Pet-Nat + Friends Place: Ribeira Sacra

Domaine Paul Pillot, Chassagne Montrachet 2022 Pet-Nat + Friends Place: Ribeira SacraPlace: Burgundy, France Grape: Chardonnay Vibe: Classic, textural Wowza. This is a masterclass in balancing power and poise. Citrus, white flowers and petrol hit you first, before the mid palate comes punching through with fleshy peaches and apples, rich and full. Almonds and chamomile bring us home. What a wine. ABV: 13%
