All aboard the olive train

Potentially too easy

RicherA young vine cuvee from the King of Cornas that sees no additions at bottling

it really is remarkable

with spritely acidity carving up some pretty rich texture and lightly oxidative notes

Hofgut Falkenstein, Niedermenniger Herrenberg Kabinett Feinherb 'Palm' 2024 Portugal All aboard the olive trainPlace: Mosel, Germany Grape: Riesling Vibe: Banging The Palm cuvee is made from the last grapes to be harvested on the estate, so concentration is dialled up here. Punchy and yellow fruited, cooling and creamy, with a tart herbalness kicking along too. As with all things Falkenstein, supremely balanced, supremely integrated sweetness, supremely drinkable. ABV: 7. 5%
