Hoover U5184 Upright Brush Roll Replacement S12 This replacement pump fits theGenuine style replacement brush roll for the Hoover U5184 upright vacuum. The brush roll is the rotating agitator bar in the cleaner head that grooms carpet pile, loosens embedded grit, and sweeps it into the airflow for pickup. Worn, flattened, or hair wrapped bristles reduce how well your U5184 agitates carpet, leaving fibers matted and dirt behind. A fresh brush roll restores aggressive agitation and even cleaning across the full width of the head.
