Ballot Millot Meursault 1er Cru Les Boucheres 2019 [NET] ROSSCELLAR Which is why almost nobodyDomaine Ballot Millot is one of Meursault's quiet greats, with Charles Ballot guiding the estate toward a tensile, mineral driven style often compared to the Roulot school. Les Boucheres is the domaine's smallest 1er Cru holdinga tiny plot of just a few rows tucked behind a tall stone murger that limits airflow and accelerates ripening. The 2019 vintage gives it a wider, generously fruited frame, but the appellation's signature mineral grip stays put.
